LAM Pro is not sold to private individuals.
Tax
German customers need to pay 19% VAT (value added tax). It will be added to the price at checkout.
European customers who are not located in Germany must order based on reverse charge mechanism without VAT. Please contact us via email in case of problems.
Non-European customers will not be charged any tax (please check local tax laws).
Customers outside of Germany are responsible to take care about any additional local taxes. We support in case simple forms need to be filled. If more effort is required then the customer is responsible to manage tax requirements and also pay e.g. required import taxes.
Shipping
LAM Pro software and license key can be downloaded in a protected area on this homepage. Usually, you will get access within 24h after payment.
Upgrades will also be published in the protected customer area. The access to this area is provided as long as your license is active (at least one year). After this date you may no longer access the protected area. You can buy an upgrade license to get access again.

Credit card
PayPal
Using PayPal you can pay with credit cards (Visa, Master Card, ...) or direct debit. You will need to create a free PayPal account if you do not yet have one. The account can be created after checkout is confirmed.
Bank transfer
You can also pay via bank transfer (German Überweisung, European SEPA payments or international payments).

Please send us your check to the given address.
Refund policy
Refunds are not possible since LAM Pro is delivered electronically. Please contact us in case of any problems and we will find a solution that is acceptable for you.
